Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Odoly app and Odoly Pro. Odoly is made by Celestis Studio, the trade name of PE Verydusov Petro, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you got the app from (Google Play) apply as well.

1. The app

Odoly is free to download and use. The free version has no time limit. What it includes is listed on the home page; what Odoly Pro adds is listed there and in the app.

2. Odoly Pro

• Plans. Yearly subscription, monthly subscription, or a one-time purchase for life. Prices are shown in the app and in the store, in your local currency, before you pay.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or from the app's Pro screen via Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. You can also write to us and we will help.
• Other phones. Pro follows your Google account: use Restore purchases on a new phone.

3. What we promise

• Your data can always be exported for free: CSV export, backup files and restore are part of the free version and never move behind payment.
• The price of your plan never goes up while you keep it.
• The number of cars the free version allows never goes down for people who already installed the app.
• Advertising, if it is ever shown, is one banner at the bottom of a list, never on entry, saving, reminders, backup, restore, export or import, and never for Pro users.
• When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted: cars over the free limit become read-only and stay in your journal.

4. Your data

Your journal is yours. It stays on your phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. See the Privacy Policy. Keeping a backup is your responsibility; the app helps by reminding you when the last one is old.

5. Numbers are for information

Fuel economy, costs, forecasts and reports are calculated from what you enter and are only as accurate as those entries. Maintenance reminders follow the intervals you set and do not replace your vehicle manufacturer's schedule. Tax reports are a convenience, not tax advice: check mileage rates and rules with your tax authority or adviser.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app to bypass Pro, resell it, or use it to break the law. The app, its design and the Odoly name belong to Celestis Studio.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Celestis Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data lost without a backup. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Odoly Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date. Changes do not take away a promise in section 3. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
